I really like living here. Its pretty quiet, a good deal on rent, and the apartments are in good shape. We just renewed our lease for another year. However, the management needs to get their act together. Brenda and Barbara are not on the same page for a lot of the policies. One will tell you one thing and the other will tell you another. So, its a good place to live, but if you need a straight answer, make sure you get the same answer from both of them.

that will never happen brenda is a knowit all that knows nothing about running a complex, watch your back she will evict you illegally and have no problem doing it. the owner only wants money doens't care if the complex is going down hill they are to have a courtisy patrol but where is he.

Thanks anonymous for your comments. I do know quite a bit about "running" an apartment community, as I have been in this business for over 19 years, and have managed for 14 of those years. There is no such thing as an illegal eviction, so I am not sure where that phrase is coming from. If you do not abide by the rules or agree with our rules and choose not to follow them, then yes, you will move out. You seem to be the only person that would disagree with this, but if a neigbor of yours was not abiding by the rules, you would probably want me to "evict" them, right. Sorry that you do not agree with our management, hopefully you can find comfort in other management when you choose to move since you are obviously unhappy here. And yes, we do have a courtesy assistant as they are called, and no, he does not wear a uniform so you would not be able to point him out in a crowd, and there are reasons for that. If you have glanced at our monthly newsletter, it has his pager number on it, as well as he can be reached through our answering service. He is here, but not for your security. He is eyes and ears for us. If you have any issues that are serious, Mesa Police Department is who you would need to call, as would be the same if you lived in a house. I have an open door policy, and countless residents can attest to that. I do not refuse to speak to my residents, I encourage it and always want to hear if you are unhappy. Please, feel free to come in and talk to me if you feel this unhappy, do not bash our community.
