Unfortunately I lived in the complex for three years and it was the worst experience of my life.

The police ghetto bird flew over regularly.

Gunshots heard from Tradewinds apartments next door.

One bullet hit my bedroom window.

A dumpster was set on fire.

Mailboxes were broken into.

Parties at the pool, resulted in beer cans and pizza boxes floating in the pool.

The pool was often closed for maintenance.

Tree roots plugged sewage pipes resulting in my toilet overflowing with waste and the carpets ruined.

One of my bathrooms had mold severely growing on the ceiling along with peeling paint and maintenance told me to clean it myself with bleach.

The flooring in the bathroom was coming up behind the toilet.

The A/C vent was dripping water.

Twice I had to call for maintenance when my A/C stopped working.

Moldy caulking in the bathroom that was several layers thick.

Bad infestation of cockroaches.

Loud Mexican music coming from parking lot.

Vehicles damaged and broken into in the parking lot.

Apartments burglarized.

One apartment contained about 24 Mexican illegal aliens being housed by some woman.

The Immigration Service did not respond due to "lack of manpower" and Mesa Police let them loose out onto Broadway.

The cement surrounding walls were constantly being broken down for hoodlums to easily get to Tradewinds to do drug dealings.

I know all of this sounds too incredible to believe, but it is true.

Management changed hands four times in the three years I was there.

I'm glad I survived Broadway Village!!!!!! If you love your family-head for the hills!!!!!

I use to work at Broadway Village from 1997-1999 when the property was still a decent place to live. Then the company sold it and it started going downhill from that point on! I'm so sorry to hear that because my boss and I use to work so hard to make it a nice, clean and quiet place to live. It's sad to hear such things about our once sweet old property Broadway Village, I loved working there and loved the residents, but people are right when they say it is not the same!!!! The area is really bad now and the property next door ALWAYS caused a lot of problems and evidently always will.....so sad.
