The bottom of the barrell!

At one time this was a decent place to live, up until a year ago, but now as I mentioned it is the bottom of the barrell! I've resisted the idea of moving but, as of the end of the month I'm, as they say, out of here.
It's 9:00 AM and I've been awakened (for about the 50th time -- no exageration) by the melifluous sounds of a motor driven hedge trimmer. Several months ago, the management of this wonderful establishment decided to do their own gardening instead of having a professional crew come in here once a week for about four hours and get the job done. So, every day one can experience the wonderful sounds produced by motor driven leaf blowers, hedge trimmers and lawn mowers at various times during the day. I almost forgot to mention that the carpet cleaners come in here at 8:00 AM with their trucks and long hoses. This little operation can really wake the dead.
Another one of managements' tricks is that they do NOT screen prospective tenants as evidenced by the number of times the Mesa PD visits this place. Not to mention two arrests made by the SWAT team regaled in body armour, carrying M-16's and with a dog mean enough and big enough to devour a house.. Need I say the place looked like a war zone. In fact one night it was as shots were fired. Also, they are always refurbishing apartments trashed by the sensational people that they rent to. Again, that noise starts at 9:00AM.
Want to buy drugs' Stand in front of the mailboxes here and, sooner or later, a dealer will show up.
Another little pleasure you can look forward to is the water gets shut off, about every 3-4 weeks, so that the plumbing can be repaired. I can't imagine anyone being so stupid that they can't get it right the first or second time but, here, they carry that concept from the rediculous to the sublime.
I could go on, but it would be a useless exercise. If you don't get the idea by now, you never will. Do yourself a favor and go to the City of Mesas' website (and then to the Mesa PD) and then look up the Mesa Crime Free Multi-Housing Ass'n. There is a list of apartments there that you can move into and be safe and comfortable. That's what I did.
