I've seen some of the reviews for these apartments, and when I first moved in about two years ago I would have had to agree. It was not the best place to be. However, I stuck it out and in the past year or so, they've really cleaned it up. Stricter pool enforcement, music level enforcement, the maintenance guys have been replaced by ones that are prompt, polite and do a very good job, and they went through and evicted the tenants housing illegal aliens and pot heads around 7-8 months ago. The office staff is amazing and very accommodating. It is a very family friendly place now. There are lots of children out playing and even church gatherings in the lounge. The parking lot is kept clean and the grounds are maintained very well. There's an olive tree by the front grill and drops olives all over the ground at certain times of the year, and there is a maintenance guy out there every morning sweeping them up so people don't step on them! They take noise complaints very seriously now, and aren't afraid to issue violations that can lead up to eviction. As for the bug problems, when I first moved in it was a huge issue. Since then they've sprayed and fogged and gotten rid of the main source of them (filthy tenants), and I haven't seen a single one in almost a year. This isn't the place to live if you're loud, filthy or a drug user anymore. For everyone else however, it's a really nice place.
