Have to agree with the 1st person's review. One of the worst places I have ever lived at. Poor management, shabby apartments, and white trash neighbors. The maintenance was constantly doing repairs with the pipes, and I would have my water turned off for the ENTIRE day without any warning or notice. The laundry room is a disaster area. Kids put hard boiled eggs in the washers, dirty ass floors, and trash everywhere. They removed the soda machine in there after someone (or something) broke into it for the petty change. I lived there for 6 months, and did not renew my lease!!!! Oh yeah, I also had my tax refund check stolen out of my mailbox. Around the time those were being distributed, somebody was breaking into the residents mailboxes and stealing their checks. I happened to be one of the unlucky ones. The only reason I moved here was because I was new to Mesa, and the rent was cheap. But now I know better. Do not move here!!!!!!

i agree, i had a meth cook living next door for a year management didnt care. in fact im pretty sure they were buying from them! whatever you do dont move there!!!!!!
