I lived at Cabrillo Pointe for 1 year. And what a year it was! The way things are operated there....it is stranger than fiction. For starters, the people they hire as management look like convicts. Most of the time they had their head up their asses. The neighbors are even worse. Atleast once a week I had to hear domestic abuse going on with my neighbors. There is another complex across the street that has a majority of -------- living in it, and they like to cook Tripe all day long and stink up the air. The apartment?s swimming pool was never used by anyone because it was so dirty and in dire need of repair. I don?t know about you, but living in AZ it?s nice to take a relaxing swim every now and then. The inside of the apartments are nothing great either. The plumbing was so bad! When I took a shower, the drain was so clogged, I couldn?t decide if I was taking a shower....or a bath. I tried using Industrial Strength Drain-O, but nothing worked! I got so sick and tired of swimming in my shower, so I finally called the manager (three times) and left messages on the voice mail asking could someone please come out and do something' But no one ever did. Probably because I only had 1 month left in my lease, and so she didn?t care anyway since I?d be gone soon.



Another thing- for a while, neighbors kept having their license plates stolen off their cars! The rumor was whoever was doing it, was trying to avoid paying the registration, and was stealing them for the tags. So very sad. Thank god mine wasn?t stolen! Sheesh.



Oh well....I would never live in that dive again....not even if they let me live there rent-free for the rest of my life.
