I lived there for 12 months. The things that were wrong with the place at move-in are probably still not fixed. It took maintenace 2 weeks to fix my clogged dishwasher. After a few days the water in the bottom of the dishwasher started stinking up the place! I finally had to drain it myself because of the stench.
The place was completely roach infested. There were even roaches in my dishwasher, refrigerator, and inside the outlets. Yes, INSIDE the outlets! They actually tripped the breaker a couple of times! Ugh! It didn't matter how clean I kept the place or how much I sprayed. I did not, however, take advantage of the free weekly bug spraying that the complex offers because I don't really care for people being in my apartment without me around. Maybe that would have helped the roach situation but I doubt it.
