Eh, I wasn't a big fan of this place. I had lived in a very nice Camden property in Dallas, and trusted that they would carry similar quality to this property. I was wrong. Totally different style, totally different quality, and I was disappointed. When I looked at the apartment they were completely booked, so I saw the "executive apt," which is obviously never a good indicator of the others.

When I moved in everything EVERYTHING smelled like smoke. It was disgusting. I toughed it out for a bit, but after a couple days I woke up with a hacking cough and brought it up to the management. They were friendly and accomodating, letting me stay in the "executive apt" for a couple days while they put an ozone machine in my apartment. It helped, but the apartment never quite lost that smoky smell.

Cabinets, appliances, floorplan, were ok. Everything worked, but nothing much beyond that.

Management was always friendly, never had any major problems, and they were quick to help if I had any problems. Pretty impressive, considering how many nicer places in the Phoenix area there must be to work as an apartment agent.

Assigned parking was a pain the butt, there was constantly someone in my spot, and it was pretty far from my apartment.
