Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I've lived here for about a year. I haven't had any issues to speak of. The neighborhood isn't great but the apartment complex can't do anything about that. It's quiet and inexpensive which is allowing me to save a good deal of my paychecks. Management has always been nice and friendly. I've had to have a couple things fix which did take some time but as long as you are willing to work with them, they will work with you.
