AWFUL AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR TRASH

This place is so revolting, it is full of bugs. And the apartment complex just began a new program to encourage more bugs. They charge you $30 every month for this "valet trash" service, which means people are leaving their trash outside all the time. It's bogus -- they try to sell it as a feature, but don't tell you about the costs. And essentially all it is, is you paying more in rent, and having trash sitting outside and all over the place. People here are loud and rude, and will park in your space all the time. Cars get broken into. And the place is full of old broken equipment. If something like the air conditioner breaks down, you have to call an attorney before they finally fix it or set you up in a motel, after you have suffered in the heat for days. They don't care about you or your needs, they just look for any way to overcharge you and give you shoddy service. The neighbors are awful too, usually they like to slam doors with all of their effort no matter what hour, and blast music, then get pissed at you if you have the nerve to want to sleep. If you are homeless, I suppose this is a step up. Otherwise, go somewhere much better for the same ridiculous price they charge here, where they at least won't charge you for garage. I would not stick around myself if I weren't busy in the process of buying a condo far away from this ghetto.
Oh, I wanted to add that they also did not clean the apartment. I was amazingly dirty when we moved in, the bathrooms had gunk all over them, it was so gross. I vaccumed up stuff that they left here, and we had to wait for the keys becuase they were "cleaning" the place last minute. Our screens were knocked out of the windows, and I wanted to throw up just from looking at the place. They also change policies at a whim, for instance they had me take down this nice cover on my balcony, that actually classed it up, saying anyone who left those up would be fined. Just weeks later they got over that, and now new tenants have less attractive covers on their balconies. It is so unfair and ridiculous. And, when they painted the outside this ugly green and orange-brown color, they trampled all over my balcony and left it in such disrepair, damaging some of my property. These people are bafoons!
