This place SUCKS. We needed a place to live and were approved in 24 hours, it has served its purpose... allowed us to put back money into an emergency fund but now we are done.

When we first moved in it was great. Then the stove didnt work, after 5 visits to the office they finally brought me another. Then the over didnt work, another 3 visits and I got another one. It doesnt work most the time... I gave up. Now I cant even get the maintenance to talk to me, they pretend they dont know english and walk the opposite direction. Three weeks after we moved in our truck was stolen. There "courtesy patrol" was a joke! They were on property when the vehicle was stolen, it was in an obvious spot, and there was GLASS everywhere from the window being smashed. Want to know why it wasnt reported in their report' Because according to the front office they arent on property to protect the tenants or the vehicles, they are only there to protect the grounds. The truth' He sits in his car and reads and walks through the complex once if youre lucky!

The walls are paper thin, there are ALWAYS children screaming and running, I am waiting for them to all end up on milk cartons. Police are called NIGHTLY. There is a crazy old bat that lives across the "court yard" and stares at everyone and reports everything and complains but wont move and has been here for about 14 years - no damn joke.

People are constantly drunk, the bbq's dont work, the pool is filthy, and full constantly. The laundry on site is over priced and doesnt work adequatley.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE it's HELL!!!!!!!

Oh and the kitchen is the tiniest thing I have EVER saw. It seriously is 5 feet by 4 feet, with a tiny half stove, a tiny tiny fridge, 5 cabinets, and 10 inches of counter space.... I am NOT exagerating!
