Without a doubt this is the worst apartment complex in Arizona. My wife and year old baby moved in under the premise of the "new management" making drastic changes. Nothing promised was accomplished. There is so much drug activity there it wasn't uncommon to see tenants dealing and using drugs on their porches and balconies. Management repeatedly failed to follow through with security, functioning appliances, and office organization. They even lost our rental payments for two months and it wasn't until we brought in bank records verifying that they had in fact taken our money that they backtracked and acknowledged they had made an erroneous posting. Subsequently, they let us out of our lease without any penalties or questions and we haven't been happier. This apartment complex needs to be investigated. Simply call Mesa Police Department and ask them how many calls a night they average to Argenta apartments. They practically had a squad car dispatched their nightly along with helicopters. The management and owners of this complex facility deserve to be sued. Eventually something tragic will happen there.

URRRRRRRRR SOOOOOOOOO LUCKYYYYYYYYY!!!! I wish i could get outta here now, well i know i wont make the same mistake we moved in on a 6 month lease, i thought after they took care of some minor problems and thought its liveable, well wont make that mistake when this lease is up iam getting the hell outta here and ill pay the 800 dollors a month for a 1 bedroom, to feel safe not having kids touching my car.... iam sick of looking at this place i dread comming home i'd rather be at work where i know my car aint being vandilized by kids from there D.S. momma'a !!!!!!!!!! they must be to busy on there back in the apartment that they cant watch there kids or trying to get there light bill paid!If you dont wanna come home to relax after a long day of working, then move here, cause the ppl here have no respect for other ppl and pride in themselfs!!! Ive seen little kids throwing up gang signs little 8 yr olds watching there 3 yr old brothers, being out till late with no supervison, these ppl dont know there are ppl out there that will hurt or even kill kids???? I never in my life and iam almost 30 had to deal with this stuff i have to deal with here and there so called rentavations, where some paint and gravel, ppl dont late looks be deciving, cause till about 5pm it's pretty quite, it's when the mom's go out on the weekend and leave their kids all night to find there next baby daddy that the problems start!!! They had one person in the office that was trying to fix these problems, but iam assuming she got fired cause she is nolonger here, and the ppl in the office now could care less. JUST LOOK AT OTHER MEB APARTMENTS!!! SAME CLASS!!!! dont let the fresh paint fool you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
