appliances are old,they will replace once they break but you have to put up with bad performance with your appliance until it finally goes. mangement is pretty good nice people.grounds are kept clean.only problem is parking most people have to walk a long way to there door, mangement needs to reconfiqure parking slots i don't why they haven't don this yet.they also need security my truck was broken into and over the years i've heard of several others being broken into as well
