I lived at the Crestwood Apartments for 6 months. During that time the apartment rental agents changed over but that is not unsual. I thought it was a good bargain for the price. A one bedroom for around $525. A new group of neighbors moved in and I started getting vistors from the cockroach family. Then there was noise in the middle of the night from the new neighbors ala knocking the boots. I am pretty even kill. I was a student at the time so I was pretty used to partying and all that. The cockroaches made me leave. Now my friend moved in at the same time as me and still lives there. She has not had any problems with cockroaches or anything of the sort. Noisey neighbors-yeah to some degree.
All in all I would say it depends on which apartment you get there. I lived in the back of the complex. Try the front that is where my friend lives now and remember no roaches at her place.
