I have been a resident at Crestwood for over a year now. Unfortunately I was unable to move when my lease was up for personal reasons so I had to sign a new lease which was the biggest mistake of my life. This is no place to live, feels more like a prison. The "ladies" in the office have no kind of customer service at all. No matter what time of the day you call no one ever answers nor do they ever call you back when you leave a message. They have been through over three managers since I moved in. the current manager Candy shouldn t even be working in the apartment business and she has no remorse or personality for it. Jennifer she has no customer service and is never professional when handling complaints or situations. The girls in the office and management have no clue how to treat there residents. Yes they treat you good at first to get you to move in, and then once you re in they only care about your rent and that stupid water bill! They will put anyone into an apartment. There are so many apartments full with non English speaking residents who don t give a crap about where they live or how many people live in a one bedroom. There are so many unauthorized people living in these apartments you get no piece and quit. Not to mention the actually property and the apartment it self. Every apartment is invested with roaches and everything falls apart. I can say the maintenance staff has always been helpful and quick on getting things done. So besides those guys and some of the residents this has been the worst place I have ever lived.
