this place is so cheap they charge you for anything they can come up with. as long as i've lived here every couple of weeks there's a new notice on my door outlining some new reason they have to charge you some ludicrous made up fee. not to mention the COCKROACHES that infested my apartment when i moved in. there were dead roaches everywhere..and i couldn't go a day without seeing at least a few scurrying across my walls. they have "mandatory apartment inspections" where they come in and tell you that the way you've arranged the apartment is not "in order". they have them so often i don't even bother to put my things away anymore..so now they've taken issue with that. they had free parking..then it changed to assigned..and everyone was getting towed..while at the same time suddenly there were no open parking spaces for any of your guests. after a couple weeks they changed back to free parking...no doubt having made a deal with the towing company for those short weeks. every time i come home and walk to my door the smell of wet dog feces slides up my nose and makes me want to puke. management is apathetic and for the most part stupid. they give you attitude for no reason..and i even went in one time and was asked to come back the next day because the person they had hired to work in the office didn't know how to do their job...and they flat out told me that they didn't. i'm ready to leave because i feel my dignity is not being respected. they even lie about rent so you'll sign a lease for more. they told me the new rent on my unit is more than 100 dollars higher than what i pay on my lease..although a quick search of the internet shows a price about 80 dollars cheaper. i would recommend to anyone to stay away from Crestwood. do yourself a favor and spread the word. apartment complexes like this have got to realize tenants deserve respect..and not just lip service. i can't say enough bad things about Crestwood. it is THE WORST apartment i have ever lived in..not just the apartment itself but also management. don't believe any of the positive reviews below..they were planted by management in response to all the bad reviews. they're cons..and it's a little TOO obvious. they don't even have a laundry facility!

do not believe any positive reviews..they're so obviously fake. management is not helpful..they are surly and rude and largely discourteous. maintenance does NOT respond within 24 hours. my a/c went out and when i told the office i got attitude. i was informed that they would "try" to let them maintenance guy know and that he "probably" wouldn't be to my apartment today or tomorrow. cars are stolen from the parking lot and management doesn't care at all..and "arizona is the stolen car capitol of the country" is not an excuse for such blatant indifference to matters pertaining to property. a good way to tell if the reviews on here are real or not is if there's name-dropping. how do these tenants know the maintenance guy's name and managements name etc., when i myself do not know' because they work for crestwood and are trying to help make it look good on this webpage. what kind of scandalous apartment has to plant false reviews on a website' oh yeah..crestwood does..because it employs liars and assh*les. do yourself a favor and skip the complex that has to lie itself up because it can't actually run as a good place. don't move here..if you live here move out..do yourself a favor.
