Well, there are so many roaches here, we're getting sprayed again tomorrow. Only, the staff handed out paperwork that we're getting fogged. So, tenants are freaking out thinking they have to prepare for fogging....the management has NO CLUE.

This is the worst complex in the Mesa area according to the police officers I have spoken to (and I've spoken to them when they come to calls at the complex). There are murders, drive bys and also general assaults in the area. Women are not safe, I will not go out after dark ever, and I generally do not go out alone.

This place also has lots of feral cats that they don't feed or get fixed (you can borrow traps and get cats fixed and then return them to live their life). Tenants have been threatened with eviction if they think of feeding animals. Also, cheap/stupid tenants throw out their cats in heat because they 'cannot afford' to get their cat fixed. What, it costs $20 to get a cat fixed, but these ignorant tenants would rather buy their smokes instead of care for a pet.

DO NOT move here, unless you want to fear for your life.

All true!!!!!! And it has gotten worse since 2008. Bugs are the least of the problems here ... its the so-called humans who are no better than roaches. Not only the ones who abandon cats, but noisy party people, drug users (you can smell pot), people who have broken into my car and other cars. You see police cars here all the time. God only knows what's going on, but lots of people get arrested, I've seen it. Do yourself a favor and don't rent an apt. at Crestwood!
