I would advice this apartment is crappy!

We have had bugs of all type since the first moment we walk in. Took two months before they came and spray.

We never had a constant problems with bugs like here.

Then they allow kids to run around the place and expect us the ridents to go talk to them. What the Heck!

Then the office personnels are snotty and do not always want to help us. They act like they are innocent and do not know what going on. Whatever!!!!!

It takes three days and constantly calling before the maintance guy came and fix stuff around the apartment.

When the place is clean we still have bugs.

One more thing this building is old and been told that by Cox.

There is too much that needs fixing but no one wants to be responsible for it!!!!!!

The bugs keep coming and our pets eat them.

The laundry room is not always neat. They do not care when they break down or whatever. The weight room - the door issue. the equipment does not always work.
They did not clean the swimming pool every day. keep it way to cold to swim for our like. then the hot tub is broke. that takes forever. they do not care because it is someone else problem.

DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY OVER PRICE EVERYTHING. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH FOR SEWER...AND CALLS 'WATER WASTE'.

THEY OVER CHARGE ON RENT FOR A LITTLE PLACE.

That glass with all sorts of bugs looks like its been there for weeks!!I'm guessing the day you decided to take these photos your place wasn't clean at all from the looks of it..
