We have (myself and my fiancee) been living here since Feb. 1st of this year.
No problems whatsoever. The management (only 3 of them!) are sweet and caring and extremely nice, going above and beyond to be friendly and chat with tenants.
This complex has a beautiful pool that is 24 hours with spa, as well as a 24 hour fitness center. The other big plus' 24 hour laundry room! We have even left things in the laundry room while the cycle runs (at 1am!) and nothing has been disturbed.
We live up front, right beside the pool and office. Absolutley no issues from neiughbors aside from our immediate neighbors don't know how to take their trash to the dumpster but management took care of that for us.
The large one bedroom (what we are renting) is beautiful and spacious. Big enough for a 6 seater dining table, large tv, 3 seater couch and bookcases. The perfect size for a family of 2 or 3. On top of that for an extra little amount per month they put in all vinyl floors for us....tearing out perfectly fine florring just to satisfy us! :)
We keep to ourselves and no one ever enters our home unless they are good friends. We did add an extra lock to our front door and another to our back window simply as a deterrant but like I stated previously there has been no issues. We have even been out swimming at niht between 11p and 3a ...absolutley no problems.
They do indeed have landscaping as I hear them weekly! :) The grounds are nice and if something is out of place or broken all that a tenant has to do is call the number provided when you move in.
It is true there is no security but they are hiring a courtesy patrol and if there is an issue the number is 911....security would even call it so what makes tenants incapable'!
If you show respect and don't act like a cynical know it all you'll be fine.
You should also note we are in MESA... it's your job to check the police crime reports BEFORE renting and use common sense reguarding rent price..... for such a low price you can't honestly expect to have the SAME security and high class area as North Scottsdale... it isn't realistic. All I'm saying is be knowledgable and mature, give it a chance - the apartments are nice!

okay im not that lazy, when i say no place to park i mean we had to park on the street considering we paid rent thats not right, and maybe you got in one of the lucky buildings that doesn't have roaches won't take long though. I am ocd and my house was spotless always, but they were coming from behind mirrors out of light sockets ect. and no one was ever willing to accept the problem all they did was have theier bug ppl come "bomb" the house while i was eight months pregnant and when that didn't kill them they mived us to another apartment on the other side which was also infested. Got so bad the health department was called.Either way im glad to know at least one person who lives there is getting treated right, while im sure there are many more who are not. like the review right before this one says that there is no landscaping. anyways like i said glad u are one of the few ppl who are being taken care of there.

No one by the name of Jennifer is working here...as far as I know. We have had NO roaches ...I keep our home emaculate. We have only had a few minor problems when we first moved in, all fixed within the week. The gym has 2 eleptical machines, a bike, 2 treadmills, a bench press, a lateral press, and a leg press... far from empty. The parking is plentiful... no there isn't parking directly outside the apartments but hey, a short walk never killed anyone.
