i signed a lease in june. saw the apartment 3 weeks before signing, was told everything would be perfect. i moved in mid june and the place was disgusting. i had roaches. pigeons nesting outside on the "balcony". the mirror in the bathroom almost fell everytime i shut a door. the ac would be set on 70 and some how move itself down so my ac was on 60 all the time even when i had it set to OFF. electric bill through the roof. no lighting on stairwells or walkways. lived on top floor and almost broke my neck everynight trying to get upstairs. neighbor had a noisy dog and must have been a pyro or a bad cook, fire alarm constantly went off. laundry room was nasty. rather do my laundry at the econo wash. and i did. couldnt even sleep there. found a new place within a few days and i was out. i would not recommend this place at all!!! the only thing i can say about this place is management was very nice. assured me everything would be ready and clean for me. very convincing.

I use to work there and it is ALL true. It is a dangerous place at best. I would not spend one night in that place.
