Thin walls. Younger residents without much respect for the afoe mentioned thin walls. Not alot of space for pets and dogs to play.
On an occasion where a maintenance man came to fix a problem, he fixed the major problem, but when he thought no one was within earshot, he told his partner of another problem associated with the first, that,"we'll fix that when they move out". That was 3 months into the lease. Helicopters and sirens remind you of the neighborhood your in. parking lot is full of lowriders. they do have recycling just not PLASTIC or GLASS. There is no front or back to the buildings so everyones frontdoor faces a bedroom, and vice versa. The place outside is so well lit that you can expect alot of light to leak through the venician blinds that become ragged if you have kids or dogs. People hang out in the parking lot drinking and playing pohka music often.
