this was my first time renting and when megan showed me the model i loved it. she said there all the same so i agreed to year long lease. my apart. was absolutely repulsive with pee stain yellow tile spray painted tubs and little red blue and yellow stains that they said werent a big deal. megan agreed to have me moved out but then quit before telling me. then the manager (beware) told me i shouldnt complain because of the price im paying and that im now obligated to live there because i payed rent. so had the maintence man fix everything but aparently they only put band aids on everything because i had to have another guy come in and fix it again. they also shut my water off three times in one month without notice. this place is a disaster and if you dont care about honesty or integrity then go for it. youve been warned!!!!!!!!
