I recently moved into Del Coronado and I my experiance this far has been just fine.

The management has treated me very well, the feew things I needed fixed were done promptly by maintenance, the apartment itself is very spacey, I got a great deal on rent, and although I have seen cops around- it isnt anything that I didnt see at my old apartment.

Anywhere you go there are going to be problems, unless you want to pay A LOT more.
