Overall, I think its an OK place to live.
As has been stated in other reviews, the neighborhood does leave a little to be desired.
My main complaints about the apartment complex are:
1. Washer and dryer are too small. Doing laundry takes quite a bit of time.
2. No doggie waste cleanup stations. Despite dogs being allowed in the complex, there are no cleanup bags supplied leaving quite a bit of crap laying around throughout the complex.
3. Alot of Pigeons. I don't have a problems with Pigeons so to speak, but there are an inordinate amount of them throughout the complex. With the pigeons obviously comes lots of pigeon crap. 75% of the time the steps leading to our upstairs apartment is covered in pigeon poo.
The management staff is a bit unorganized, but overall they have been nice and friendly with myself and my roomate. As long as rent is in on time(and you hand it to them personally) you shouldnt have any problems.
Overall I give the apartment an OK rating. If your looking for a larger apartment for a cheaper price, this one might be right up your alley.

I lived in this complex from 1991-1992 when I was a kid and it was a great place to live. It sounds like it has really gone down hill based on the comments that tenants have posted here. However, I have to take exception to your statement that the complex is responsible for providing you with bags to clean up your dog crap. That is ridiculous. It is your responsibility as a dog owner to clean up after your pet yourself and to provide your own bags. The complex is responsible for fining you if you don't clean up after your pets, but they shouldn't have to give you a plastic bag. Is it that hard to save the plastic bags that you get from the grocery store and just bring one with you when you walk your dog?
