After seeing the poor rating and reading the reviews I decided to call the front office before signing our app. I figured that most people have all the time in the world to vent about the bad while those who are satisfied with the service they receive often say nothing. I called the front office and questioned them about the negative reviews they had received. The women working in the office was more than happy to answer my questions in detail. We spoke for almost twenty minutes. She was in no way rude or aloof.

I suggest that anyone truly interested in this complex should take a tour and speak about your concerns prior to making up your mind.

I will definitely update this comment if things change.
