My husband and I moved to AZ in 2003, and came with high recommendations from previous loandlords. We were treated like white trash by the management. We were ridiculed for everything we did. For example - We put up some patio blinds after seeing multiple other apartment had them up. We were giving an eviction notice. We took ours down and other apartments had there's still up mmonths later and still do. I went around and took pictures of all the patio violations. Car tires, trash, dirty diapers, broken furniture, weight sets you name it, I saw it. I called the management company and they soon started cleaning up the place. My grandson opened the patio door and the dog got out (he's 2), we got another eviction notice. I didn't know it was a crime to be a law abidding, rent paying white american. I have never felt so discriminated against in my own country. I would mot recommend this place to my worst enemy.
