Very poor management.
They make up rules as they go along.
They won't stick to rules themselves, but hold you strictly if you break one.
They focus on keeping the outside very clean and tidy yet inside, old smelly carpet, and appliances are very old.
When you need something repaired, they make a dozen excuses why they can't get to it, especially if it is a high prices item that needs repair.
Not worth the money or the headache of their poor management skills.
