This was by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! All the other reviews are truly accurate about this place.

It is crime-ridden, and it is always noisy.

The noise never ends and the crime never stops.

Also, they have a huge pigeon problem.

It is so awful! Pigeons are everywhere! There are piles and piles of bird ---- in every stair well, which they never clean.

They are in huge violation of health codes.

The pools are just one big bird bath.

You cannot use any of the pools because pigeons are always in them and around them.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN MESA! It is made for drug dealers, thieves, and ghetto trash.

If you are not one of these types of people, then don't live here! Trust me, even when you go to check it out, it may appear nice, but once you live here the true colors come out.DON'T EVEN THINK OF LIVING HERE!

It's so very amazing to me that people want to automatically make it the managments fault for birds. There is no where written in a lease that we can control wildlife. I couldn't imagine you living in a larger city where the pigeon population is greater than what it is at Del Coronado.
How could management stop a thief from stealing or breaking into a car at anytime of day? Have you not ever bothered to look at records and see how huge Mesa in general has a problem with car thefts. Was it advertised to you as "CRIME FREE?" I don't know of anyone that would be willing to say that. No place is crime free. Look at this world, crime happens everywhere. I'm a homeowner and have had my home broken into. I live in a nice new neighborhood. Who should I cry to? Who can I blame? Management can't do anything about crime. They can't control who decides to commit a crime. It's funny that renter's want to blame management for everything. People need to be more responsbile for themselves.

Wow, is this website turning into a Jerry Springer show or what ? Sorry to bust your buttons happygirl1977, but do you honestly have nothing better to do, then to respond to comments, when you haven't even lived here before. This website is for people who have lived at the complex, not just some random rude person that comes along. No, its not managements fault about the pigeons, and crime here in Mesa. But they can do things to fix it, like get security for the property if needed, and have the maintenance/cleaning staff keep the complex cleaner. So please, get real, and find something better to do. This response, is just to stick up for the person who wrote the first review titled "worse place to live in Mesa "

I just want to know how to reach the corporate office to complain about not being able to get my furniture in this crackerbox. The office want tell me and my stairwell is never cleaned. I do it myself and the neighbors throw cigatrette butts all over the place. They were suppose to be fined but the fine can't be too stiff, the butts never stopped dropping on the stairwell and in front of my door.
