I have not lived at this apartment place but, I have visited it before. I have had several friends live there. All I can say is that people need to take the time and do their homework more before they make a choice to sign a lease.

The apartments can't help where it's located in town and whether or not people decided to steal cars or break into them.
Crime isn't something any person can control. The police can't even.

It seems to me when I read a lot of these reviews that it's pretty simple. People don't read the lease throughly or read the Landlord Tenant Act, which covers all the issues that landlords need to follow along with the renter's. I wonder when most of you leave there do you go to homes' Who will you blame when you leave your car in the drive way and something happens to it' Or your neighbor next door to you plays the music too loud'

People need to educate themselves more instead of attempting to make a place look terrible.
