it's not bad, but it isn't good either....

Lets start with the good.
The maintance staff is very nice and try to help help as effectivly as possible.
I had a problem with my AC and the main offece didn't let the repair guys know so I kept calling the emergency number and finaly got the repair people directly and they fixed it rite away.
It is one of the better complexes in the area, but that isn't saying much.
It is fairly well lit at nite.
Now for the bad.
The office staff is rude.
Every time I asked to have somthing fixed they act like I owe them, or that I'm irresponisble for letting it break in the first place.
Forget talking to anyone on the weekend, they are supposed to be open, but always have the be back in 5 min sighn up.
The managment company convently provides you a phone number to call if you have any problems with the staff, too bad it only a voice mail, and they won't call you back.
I havn't noticed any unusual crime, other than the home invasion my neighbors experenced.
If you live here I hope you like dog crap, becuase it's everywhere.
The resedents don't pick up after their dogs and the landscapers just mow over it...smells great!
