For the most part it hasn't been too bad. it did take the maintanance crew 5 tries to fix my washer, one of which resulted in my carpet getting ripped up. I complained to IMT (the owners). Come to think of it it has been pretty bad. We've had shoot outs and meth lab busts. There is sometimes cars on cinder blocks. Honestly I wish I still lived across the street at Camden, but that wasn't much better.
