Have any of you del coronado bashers looked at any of the other complexes' anywhere' If you can find me another 1000 square ft.

2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a fireplace, washer and dryer, where I can keep my 120 lb.

Akita, for $675 a month, please, by all means, let me know.

Sure stuff gets stolen, sure it may take a couple days to get a flippin light bulb changed.

It's an apartment complex! there's over 400 units people! superman doesnt work here.

As for the crime, thats just the valley in general.

You can't escape it.

You can try living in an over priced area of scottsdale or gilbert but guess what' Those places attract thieves even more because they know that's where all the goodies are.

I think most of you just have a personal grudge about something or someone you've dealt with while living here.

I've been screwed by office management at a complex before so I know how it is.

I looked for months at many complexes before choosing del coronado and truly believe I got the best deal possible.

May not be true for you, but for me' it's great.

Take a look at some other places and you'll see.

You won't find a nicer more spacious place for the price.

Guaranteed.

And before you call del coronado "ghetto," go live in phoenix for about a week.

You'll be on your knees in the office begging for you apartment back.
