If you like numerous families living in one apartment, ignored maintenance requests or lousy repairs,numerous car break-ins, graffiti all around the property, poorly lit parking area, trash everywhere, lots of missing screens and broken windows, a pool that is either filthy or closed, COPS constantly getting calls to the property, mold around windows, a SEVERE ant problem in the summer, then this dump is for you. Never saw a roach though.
