My husband & I needed something for 3 months & they were great at accomodating us w/ a short term lease. I feel the rent was high for what I was getting. The complex is older & so are the appliances. Maintenance is fantastic and on the ball. The office personnel was friendly, courteous.

When we considered staying long-term, we found the office unwilling or unable to make us a deal which would intice us to stay. The amount of rent they wanted for the next size up apt was higher than what we found at other complexes, so we moved.

The parking is awful...the worst I've ever encountered. And we complained many, many times about the very noisy neighbors upstairs and nothing was ever done. They threw very loud parties every Friday & Saturday, with so many people, they would spill out into the quad area in front of the building. Calling security patrol only dulled the noise for about an hour. The only time it would quiet down & stay quiet was after I called the police. Any other complex would have thrown these guys out, but I guess mgmt was desperate for the rent money.

Whoever designed these units did a poor job of it. My bedroom was directly under the living room & kitchen of the upstairs apartment. My son's bedroom was right under the front door of the upstairs apt, which was repeatedly slammed no matter how many times I brought it to the tenent's attention.

Most of the units face one direction, so the windows are all along the same side of the apt, hence no cross ventilation, no air circulation. The ground floor units are slightly sub-terrainian so they are quite dark, even on a sunny day.

The location is great. Near shopping, grocery stores, freeway. But this isn't enough to make up for everything else. Continue your apartment search. You can do better.
