I could not have been more disappointed with this apartment. Do not get me wrong I feel the apartment itself was very nice...spacious, great kitchen. Management and the property as a whole were so bad that I was counting down to the end of my lease six months before it was up.

This apartment complex is VERY loud, and the management did not seem conserned at all about this....if you like a little peace and quite, don't live here!

Despite being a "gated" community (the gates are broken 80% of the time) if you want to protect the safety of your car, don't live here! I know several people who's cars have been broken into on multiple occasions, and my car along with another residents were actually stolen...again, management unconcerned.

If you can keep your car around parking is horrible.

Maintenance doesn't seem to respond to request in an even slightly timely manner.

Seeing guys jumping over the walls of our "gated" community made me feel so very safe as well.

Run away...run very fast!

Warning- management has recently changed, went from mediocre to horrible. Huge mold problem, in nearly every apartment. Soggy ceiling caved in our very first night, 12 months later they still hadn't fixed the leak. When my deposit wasn't returned two months after move out and no one was returning my calls, I went down to the office to find out what was up. The landlady admitted there was nothing wrong with the unit, but that the entire deposit had been kept anyway. I pointed out this was in clear violation of the lease terms, and she picked up a stack of leases, waved them in my face, and bragged that she had stolen from all those tennants, and no one had ever gotten their money back before. I told her I was going to contact a tennants' rights group in our area, and that's when she completely flipped out on me. She told me she was calling the police and would tell them I was an intruder who had broken in and was attacking her, and that they were gonna shoot me for her. I only wish I was making this nightmare up. Don't be fooled by the gorgeous grounds, this place is run by a monster.
