This place has gone down hill and fast..I have lived here for 4 years and I just signed a new lease because I was desperate and couldn't afford to move yet..I am considering breaking my lease..this new management really stinks..The on site manager is rude and a b@#$$..The maintance helper (not Dave) is a drunken idiot..There is no security eventho they keep telling me they have security I have yet to see them. The parking stinks..there is no control of the kids on the property..the level of the tenents has sunk to a new low.
