"TENEMENT CITY"..DOBSON SPRINGS IS BAD NEWS

Vandalism on a regular basis, "Leasing Office" consists of a property manager that doesn't care about the condition of this property, Broken Flourescent Lighting in each of the assigned parking stalls, Lighting is mainly located in the central portion of the property...near the LEASING OFFICE ONLY.
Grafitti and damaged walls line the hallways.
Morrison, Ekre and Bart (property management company...based in Phoenix) is responsible for this property.
If you value your personal property.
DO NOT move here.
After giving my notice to move from this property, I have learned that MEB allows homeless families just starting out on their own to move in here (apparently not rehabilitated for normal living) and this property is a SECTION 8 facility as well.

Just because you have a ------ additude and think your better than everyone doesnt mean you can put other people down. I use to live their and I loved it. I am a well off person but in the defense of some people who may not be, just because someone doesnt have a lot of money or may get assistance doesnt meen theyre bad people. Grow up didnt your mom teach you if you have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all!

All of the comments from "ANONYMOUS" are true. I live here currently, and most of the units are vacant. Obviously because this property has so many unsolved problems. Another way to verify crime statistics is to check with Mesa PD.
