I have known four different tenants (former and current) who have had damage to vehicles done at Dobson Springs. The ads do tout "COURTESY PATROL AVAILABLE"...HOWEVER..what the meaning of this is, is that maitenance lives on site and checks the grounds TWICE..late at night, and early in the morning. The overnight hours are fair game for vandals. Families that have older children..bicycle races up and down the hallways, are frequent. Tire marks are evident on the hallway carpeting, and even on the lower half of the hallway walls. If you are thinking of moving here...check the Mesa Police Department Crime Log (which is available to the public)...and make your decision.
