I have seen the vandalism, and other property damage. Pacific Property Assets is not liable...it is in the lease agreement. Property stolen off of patios, Bicycles stolen, even at one point...the mail boxes were broken into. There is a current resident who has had their car damaged several times...they have to park the car in another area, and walk or take the bus every day to get the car in the morning JUST TO KEEP THEIR CAR SAFE!!! THIS IS SAD. The Courtesy Patrol is a quick check of the property late at night, and a quick check in the morning. Thats it. What happens to your property in the middle of the night is anyone's guess. I do NOT recommend this property.

McDowell Rd., Suite 200 Phoenix, AZ 85008 (602) 275-4325 (602) 275-1584 [Fax] to those who are denied access to the corporate phone number for dobson springs apartments 1325 w guadalupe rd mesa az speak to lyn alverine or vicki...they are the ones who handle complaints about management...also you can call consumers affair and make an official complaint, also the attorney generals office, if you don't get the appropriate actions through corporate, have the attorney genereals office step in to resolve your consumer issues....please do not allow management to bully you around, be unprofessional to the point where she just hangs up the phone on her current and former tenants...pretty sure corporate is aware of her conduct, laurie in management, however their not doing anything about it at the moment..will keep everyone updated...

I agree Don't allow upper management to bully you around, violate your rights, do go up the chain of command, know results? go to the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. even civil court. Let them know that it's not okay. enough voices will get an reaction to an action. if you go away like they want you to, you will leave giving them their way, the next tenant will suffer. SO I SAY KEEP REPORTING, AND GO GO GO
