I lived in this apartment complex for nine months.

For the first six months the property was still Dobson Village, now it has been bought by another company and is called Sorrento Apartment Homes.

The new owners and staff are confusing and raised the rent substaintially, however, there is now a night patrol officer and some other extra ammenities.


I have always parked in the main parking lot (not on the side of the road or in the back of the complex) and my car has never been tampered with.

If you are an MCC student, you can hardly get any closer to campus, it is definetly worth the 5 minute walk to not have to deal with campus parking!
The kitchens and bathrooms are old, but I have never had ANY bugs, rats, or anything of that nature.
