This place is terrible.
I have lived here for a year and a half.
When it was Dobson Village, it was great.
The staff was polite, and work orders got done right away.
Since it became Sorrento Apartments, it's been terrible.
They have "forgotten" about numerous work orders, hardly ever answer the phones, and are very rude.
Even when I have called to complain to the manager, I never got a call back.
Not until I asked for their corporate office address.
I have even had a creepy old man neighbor who has written me disgusting letters, and waiting for me to get home, and they have done nothing about it.
These people are lazy and rude.
DON'T LIVE HERE.

Well, I can certainly agree. I've lived here for about 3 1/2 years. I understand rent increases, but $112!?! They haven't updated ANYTHING in the apartments. The kitchen cabinets are rotting from underneath, the bathroom moulding is coming up, and I have old carpeting that a steam cleaner can do really little for. They are not updating anything in the apartments, yet charging more. The front office staff seems to never know what's going on and because of that, they're rude. Good luck with the old man. I have some pepper spray if you need it, neighbor!

I totally agree. I lived there for one year. Staff was great before Sorrento took over. I gave my notice and moved out, then got a bill in the mail stating that I owed them for carpet cleaning and $30.00 for repairs to the walls for nail holes. I asked then what they were doing, as they would be tearing out the crummy carpet and replacing it with new. So, beware, they will charge you great amounts when you move out.... WOuld not recommend this place to anyone...
