I moved in two years ago to live close to MCC campus.
I had not problems when this place was called Dobson Village.
I don t want to live here now that Fairfield properties bought this place and renamed it Sorrento Apartments.
The new owners and staff are either unprofessionally sordid or incompetent.
On almost every occasion I have had to have the maintenance return to my apartment to re-fix what was not done right the first time.
They raised the rent substantially which seems to be what is paying for the exterior upgrade.
None of the money is funneled back into existing residences.
My car has been broken into twice.
A visiting friend had their license plate stolen.
The walk to campus is nice during the day but it is a walk I have learned I do not want to make at night.
There is nothing worth while here!
