THIS PLACE IS JUST BAD.... THE MAINTENANCE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, NOW THEY HAVE NEW MAINTENANCE PPL AND I HEARD FROM MY NEIGHBOR THAT HE SAW THE NEW MAINTENANCE CREW BREAKING INTO SOMEONE'S APARTMENT WHILE THE RESIDENT WAS ON VACATION! AND I GUESS THE GUY WITH LONG HAIR GOT AWAY WITH IT,CUZ HE STILL WORKS HERE AND THE OTHER DUDE IS GONE, HE MUST SLEEP WITH HIS MANAGER...AND THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, SHE IS A RACIST AND VERY SHADY.....DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Wow, are you kidding me? I'm glad to see a new maintenance crew here. Maybe the grounds will be cleaner!! Sleeping around, come on...do you live here or just give random bad reviews. Home is home people! And the manager is very professional and so is the rest of the "crew". Do you need a new air filter or what?

I have to agree it does look cleaner now. I wouldn't doubt that maintenance guy got fired I would see him always loading his trailer here. I also saw him move out last week. He was lazy anyway. The manager can be a real -----, but she gets stuff done at least. She is not afraid to call people out on stuff so if you thinks she is a ----- you probably did something and got in trouble for it. She has taken charge and cleaned this place up, which is more than I can say for the other people that were here before. That is not nice to say about her and that maintenance guy, but that is not our business. He is cute and she is pretty and they would be cute together, but i think he is married. people should move here if they want, but sounds like your moving out. Your not very nice.

the maintenance crew didnt get fired, they were transfered..they actually did a very bad move , he wasn't lazy...and it is our business when the current maintenance staff likes to steal from residents...im telling you the manager is very shady, she wants to move a resident forcefully to a smaller apartment so she could give that apartment to the current maintenance supervisor, she doesn't care about residents...and he isnt married, she is...

AND I GUESS THE GUY WITH LONG HAIR GOT AWAY WITH IT,CUZ HE STILL WORKS HERE AND THE OTHER DUDE IS GONE, HE MUST SLEEP WITH HIS MANAGER...AND THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, SHE IS A RACIST AND VERY SHADY" I rented a 2bedroom 2 bath at the Sorrento from May 2008-May 2009 and never had a problem at all..I only moved because I work a lot and needed to be closer to work...Stop complaining and go have a timeout in the corner...At Sorrento I never saw cockroaches,scorpions or any critters...I have very erratic hours due to work-no problem never felt unsafe...Management office? They are human beings and entitled to have a bad day....When you finish your timeout, read your lease completly for the 1st time and see who manages the property and that's who you contact if their is a problem with the management office....Next time complain about something worth us all reading about...
