We will be moving out fairly soon and leave no regrets about that. The staff is very nice and maintenance personnel as well. They need a well deserved raise! They do stay busy as the place seems close to falling apart around us. The owner must make one hell of a profit casue they never actually are able to repair anything, they glue and paint to repair seriously damaged cabinets and closets.Let's not even discuss the bathrooms! There are huge holes in the walls along the bottom where a baseboard should be but wasn't added so be careful if your neighbors have roaches. As far as noise' Listen closely, the walls are so thin you can probably hear you neighbor farting. Laundry is stolen from the laundry room all the time. The cops are here almost every night which seems to be the only thing keeping the parking lots well lit. The neighbors are rude and you only see the night security walking around occasionaly on the off chance they aren't napping on the bench by the laundry room again.
I think the pleasant personnel who work there are the only thing we will miss! The owner should be beaten as he/she seems to like being a slumloard.
