I like the rent and the fact that the ac is cold but I wasn't all that impressed with the neighbors. The security is a joke, he's either napping on the bench near the laundry rooms or talking to his friends on the south side of the apartment complex. Also there is one neighbor who walks around day and night picking up nothing. He also goes thru the dryers for lint not caring if your dryer is going at the time or not. If the dryer is going he won't turn it back on after removing the lint so you end up having to dry the clothing again. Also beware of a neighbor who likes to hit on any female who happens across his path alone. Married, old, young, it doesn't matter as long as you are by yourself.
