I have lived here for last 2 years and have no quams about living here. The rent is great for what you get. As for cleanliness, The staff keep it debris free. It appears to house older people and college students such as myself. The community college, bar, grocery store is all in a walking distance of less than .5 mile radius. It is pretty quiet around, although I do see the cops here, then again which apartments dont have problems. Overall the staff is great and the living conditions are excellent for what you pay. The best part of living here is when the hot summers come around, you are allowed to crank the air conditioning. As for insect problems, you do get crickets but you can opt to have your apt. sprayed weekly for insects.
