Nasty is the word that comes to mind when I think of my 12 month stay at Emerald.Druggies and drunks all over,the management sucks,no help at all.The only positive thing is the poor maintenance guys who try to keep this awful place together.It's so old and falling apart I wouldn't let my dog stay there.Run the other way.
