I have lived in these apartments for 2 years and I dont know how to put it but Do Yourself a favor and dont move here.. I just wanted to say that the parking lot is considered by the police to be a "Parts Yard" where people go and pick parts off your vehicle. I had $1000 in parts stolen of my brand new motorcycle and when I called the police to finger print the didnt come out b/c it happens all the time and the night that it happend it was "too cold". And I had my sterio stolen 2 times. They claim that they have security all night but when I called to complain the simply stated that the cant watch everything that goes on.. And Also the washers and dryers here are pieces of ---- that dont work besides all of my clothes have gotten ruined b/c people like to "dye their clothes", Oh and dont ever leave your laundry unattended b/c it will get stolen I had 4 loads of laundry stolen in 5 min when I ran home to get dryer sheets. Also Our vehicle was hit by a Hispanic man with no insurance in the parking lot and their was nothing we could do.. And by the main pool they have a huge problem with scorpions and most of the apartments are infested with cockroaches. Also people are very loud and this area is a big area for people who do crystal meth so you have all kinds of weirdos all hours of the day. This is deffinatly not a safe area and I beg you to reconsider before moveing in here. Oh and when I gave notice to vacate on the 5th of the month they told me that I will have to wait till the next month on the 1st to vacate even though my rental contract was up and I was on month to month. And this apartments dont have assined parking so it sucks haveing to park. This apartment is on dobson and emerald and it is a very bad area and I found out that it is a low class apartment complex.
