I've been here 6 months and find that the rent is fair (it has paid utilities) and the grounds are always kept up. The pools get covered each night to keep clean, when there is a problem, maintenance fixes it right away. Maintenance workers are on top of things and management in the office are friendly and helpful.

As far as bugs... I've had one small scorpion which I killed.

The apartments have clean washer and dryers (reasonably priced) and water machines and soda machines (both reasonably priced as well).

Convenient to buses and stores.
