I lived at Emparrado in 2002 for about 6 months, and at first i was really excited because from the outside it seemed neat, clean and quiet..Upon further living, i realized it wasnt all it was cracked up to be..It was a neat place, and most of the people that lived in the apartment complex seemed nice, but i do have to say that the maintenence was ridiculous..the guy was nice, but i dont think he really knew what he was doing, the garbage disposal broke, which i had them "try" to fix, the fan in the living room broke, which i again tried to get them to "fix", to no avail...my neighbors downstairs would have late night parties, which nothing was ever done about..and then when i moved they kept the whole deposit...because the fan was dirty'
Oh well, enough apartment living for me, now it is house time...Good luck to you all...
